Benefits of Using Coconut Oil as Lube While Pregnant.
- For Stretch Marks and Itchy Skin:
Just as I said earlier, it works for stretch marks. Because of the expansion of the tummy of woman during pregnancy, stretch marks will show up. This makes the tummy looks kinda’ ugly when the baby is still there. And even when the baby is out. Coconut oil is a very good oil that helps to get rid of stretch marks in weeks. Using it a day or two will not work. But as time goes on, you will begin to see visible changes. Making your tummy looks stretch mark FREE and good-looking. Lest I forget, it is good for you if you have an itchy skin.
Over at PopSugar.com, a 63-year old woman shared her experience with Coconut Oil in the early 70’s. Making her tummy look good throughout her pregnancy period. You can confirm it yourself by hovering over to PopSugar’s website.
- Morning Sickness.
Morning sickness has been a sickness that disturbs pregnant women. Taking the oil can be a bit hard for some. Here is what to do. Take some quantity of Viva Organic Coconut Oil into a bowl or plate. Cook your favorite stew or soup or drink (beverage) and mixed it up with coconut oil. This way, the oil gets into the system and work wonders.
This is one among many that coconut oil can help you send packing out of your body system.
- Vaginal Dryness:
During pregnancy stage, women body system tends not to produce enough natural body fluid for the vagina. So, this dryness can be reduced with the use of Coconut oil. As it will get the whole ‘yoni’ moisturized and looking nice. Also a good choice for Post-Menopausal Women.
- For Massage:
Just like any other massaging oils such as Olive Oil, Sesame Oil, Jojoba Oil, Vitamin E blended Oils, etc. Coconut Oil is good for massaging. Every drop of it acts as moisturizer on the skin. With ‘coconutty’ scent, you can imagine yourself on a coconut Island ( if there is any). Though, it stains sheets. Best thing to do to avoid these stains is to put some old sheets to catch the excess dripping oil. So, you don’t end up with stains on your bed sheets. When it comes to massaging time, I and my husband like to massage each other. And it has been fun. Most time we use coconut oil, I felt so relaxed that I slept off. After I woke up few hours later, he told me that I didn’t massage him before I slept. As a pregnant woman, you need to be relaxed and calm. A stressful day can be treated with coconut oil massage. If your husband, don’t know how to massage, please get a Couple’s Massage Book for him.
- Good For The Production Of Milk:
According to Divine-mama.com, it was published over there that…
“Coconut oil is rich in lauric acid, a rare medium-chain fatty acid that is also present in breast milk…. There is evidence that coconut oil – by helping to balance blood sugar – might help women avoid or control gestational diabetes.”
So, the body will be able to utilize it for the production of quality breast milk. And this can also help to build up the immune system of the unborn baby and the mother’s as well.
